I love this time of year. The bustle and energy of the holidays is over leaving quiet and stillness. It's like a blank canvas that I can fill up with all the ideas that have been forming in my head during all the busy months of last year. I'll be spending the deep winter months painting and building a new playlist that reflects this new year.
